No. None of our golf packages include air, hotel or car rental. We only provide golf-only packages, green fees or tee time reservations.

No we are not. We are a golf wholesaler who works with travel agencies and tour operators providing tee time reservations and golf-only packages.

What documents do I get when I book with you?
Your documents include:
- Your invoice,
- A tee time reservation sheet indicating the date and time of your play, the courses and the number of golfers on each round and,
- In the case of buying green fees or golf-only packages, your golf vouchers indicating the date and time of your play, the course and the number of golfers along with the inclusions of your package (green fee, shared cart, taxes, transfers, etc.).

No. We offer only 18-hole rates.

Why some courses are not available for booking?
Some courses are either private, available only for guests at certain resorts or don't allow bookings in advance at all.

By using your service am I guaranteed to have the tee times that I want?
All tee times are subjected to availability. The sooner you book your tee times the better chance you have to find the tee times that you want. Some courses start booking up to six months in advance. Remember, the early bird gets the worm.

If I don't get the tee times that I want do I still have to pay you?
If you are booking in advance your tee times for a golf vacation, yes, we are providing a service to you and we need to have the full payment in order to start processing your order.
However, if you are buying green fees or golf-only packages, we first have to secure your tee times then, when you agree to the secured tee times then we will ask for the full payment. We don't send any confirmation or vouchers until we have the full payment of your order.

How many players can I reserve for?
We can book from single golfers to large groups. Single golfers are also subjected to the course's policy on single golfers.

Do you book single golfers?
Yes, but they are subjected to the course's policy on single golfers. Tee times will be guaranteed but they might not be the ones that the single golfer wants. The course will pair him/her with another single golfer or a threesome although there have been cases that if the course is not too busy they will let him/her go alone.

The course was almost empty; I realize that I didn't need your reservation service in advance, can I get a refund?
No because we provided a service for you by securing your tee times in advance. If we feel that you don't need our service we will tell you right up front. For example, summer is a season when most courses in Mexico or the Caribbean have lots of availability (unless there's a tournament).

What happens if it rains?
As long as the golf course is open, you are expected to play. Rain checks are offered according to each course policy.

What if I want to change my tee time, is there a fee?
Depending on the golf course, tee times may or may not be changed without penalty.
We will re-schedule up to one (1) time your tee times without any charge. Additional changes carry a fee of $1.75 CAD per tee time per person plus taxes. This applies only to tee times confirmations on golf packages from tour operators.
All changes are subjected to availability.

Do you have a booking fee?
Yes, for booking tee times in advance we charge a fee of $24.95 CAD plus tax per person per stay. You can book as many tee times as you want.
However, If you buy green fees or golf-packages from us, then no, there is no additional booking fee.

How far in advance can you book tee times and golf packages?
It all depends on the course you are interested in. Some cases you are allowed to book only one or two weeks in advance, while others will let you book up to six months in advance.

What are your cancellation policies?
Once a booking has been confirmed a 10% processing fee will apply to ALL cancellations.
Any bookings cancelled between 15 and 7 days prior to the scheduled tee time date a 25% penalty applies.
All cancellations made within 6 days are NON REFUNDABLE.
We strongly advise to include the price of the green fees or golf-only packages in your cancellation insurance.

Why do I have to pay for booking in advance my tee times if my golf vacation includes the golf?
Your golf vacation may include the green fees but it doesn't include your tee times. If you don't book in advance there is no guarantee that there will be availability on the course even if you package includes it.

Can I change a reservation?
Online tee times booked from our partner sites are final. Cancellations and refunds are not allowed; however there are situations where a change request may be honored. If you would like to change or cancel a reservation you should complete the online change request form.
Why is payment in full required for some times and not for others?
Some tee times posted to partner websites require 100% payment online, others require partial payment online and some may be paid for at the golf course on the day of play. The specific relationship between the partner and the golf course determines how payments are made. Please read the information on the check out page so you know what is being charged and when.
Why do partners offer times that end up not being available?
When tee times are loaded into our system the inventory is available. However, specific tee times may be available for sale on multiple websites at the same time. A tee time is not put on hold until you start the booking process. To ensure the tee time is available, you must click the desired tee time and select the number of players. At this point the system will check to see if the time is still available. If so, it will be placed onhold for you. If the tee time is no longer available the system will find the next closest time and ask if you want to continue booking with the new time.
Is the booking fee refundable?
If a booking fee is charged by one of our partners or network providers it is usually non-refundable. Please read the tee time information and tee time policy during the booking process for more information.
What about sales tax?
Most tee times do not require sales tax. The partner site will clearly disclose if taxes are due and where they will be paid, online or at the golf course.
