Golf Vacations and Tour Operator Information

All vacation packages listed here are provided only as reference.

We have gather what we consider to be the best all-inclusive golf deals from different tour operators solely based on our own perception of the quality of the course included in their package, its proximity to the resort, hotel reviews on other sites, customer experience and price.

We have also chosen those all-inclusive packages that are susceptible to be mixed in with our own golf-only packages to create a custom made golf package.

We strongly encourage all our visitors to verify the exact price and content of each package directly with their travel agent or tour operator as price, content, inclusions, exclusions, availability and dates of departure might change without our knowledge.

Pricing

All our prices are in Canadian dollars unless otherwise stated and are subjected to change without any notice.

We reserve the right to alter the prices and package features without notice and shall not be responsible for any inconvenience or expenses occasioned by such changes. If any pricing is changed after a tee time is confirmed, you, the customer, has the option to cancel the tee time without penalty.

Credit Card Charges

All charges to credit cards appear as "The Tee Time Shop" and are either in Canadian or American Dollars depending on the customer’s request.

If an exchange rate is needed, the USD/CAD rate is set on the date and time of the transaction according to TD Canada Trust.

We accept American Express, VISA and Master Card for all transactions in Canadian funds.

We accept VISA and Master Card for all transactions in USD funds.

Tee Time Change Policy

Depending on the golf course, tee times may or may not be changed without penalty.

We will re-schedule up to one (1) time your tee times without any charge. Additional changes carry a fee of $1.75 CAD per tee time per person plus taxes. This applies only to tee times confirmations on golf packages from tour operators.

All changes are subjected to availability.

Cancellation Policy

Once a booking has been confirmed a 10% processing fee will apply to ALL cancellations.

Any bookings cancelled between 15 and 7 days prior to the scheduled tee time date a 25% penalty applies.

All cancellations made within 6 days are NON REFUNDABLE.

We strongly advise to include the price of the green fees or golf-only packages in your cancellation insurance.

Rain Check Policy

Most courses ask that you show up at your designated tee time in case the weather is allowing groups to go off as scheduled. As long as the golf course is open, you are expected to be there.

Golf courses appreciate that no one wants to play in a downpour or to play in dangerous conditions, they have great leniency in that regard.

For a casual, passing sprits or brief delay, there is no leniency.

It is your responsibility to inquire as to the rain refund policy at each course. All rain-check policies are determined only by the golf club. Rain checks are offered according to each course policy.

Responsibility and Limitation of Liability

The Tee Time Shop functions as an intermediary for suppliers in selling green fees and tee times reservations which are not directly supplied by us.

Our customers should note that our suppliers providing green fees and tee times are not agents or employees of The Tee Time Shop.

By embarking on his/her travel and or golf outing the customer voluntarily assumes all risks, and is advised to obtain appropriate available insurance coverage against same.

In no event will The Tee Time Shop or any of its suppliers be liable for any consequential, incidental or any such damages or for lost profits of any kind, even if apprised of the possibility of any such damages.

Furthermore we shall not be liable or responsible in any way for any loss, injury, or damage caused by circumstances beyond our control.
